Here is what I had today:
For my breakfast I had 1 cup of Special K Vanilla Almond cereal and 1/2 of sliced banana with 1 cup of unsweetened coconut almond milk. To drink I had cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 305
Today's total calorie intake: 1065
And that was it for today,
