Hope your end of the week is going great. I'm happy it is Friday again and the weekend is finally here. I can't believe the second week of my weight loss journey is almost over :).
Here is what I had today:
For my breakfast I had a 1 cup of Special K Vanilla Almond cereal and 1/2 of sliced banana with 1 cup of unsweetened coconut almond milk. To drink I had cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 305
For brunch/lunch I had a toasted Ciabatta Pepper Jack cheese sandwich, a small mandarin orange and cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Cal Intake: 357
For dinner I had 5oz of baked salmon with 1/2 baked sliced yam and a small side of boiled broccoli. To drink I had a blackberry sparkling water and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 395
For snack tonight I stole one of Dali's Limited Edition Gingerbread cookies. Snack Cal Intake: 75
Today's total calorie intake: 1132
And that was it for today,
