Hey everyone,
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had blueberry bagel with light butter and marmalade. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 420
For lunch/brunch I had a toasted banana peanut butter sandwich with a drizzle of honey. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 405
For dinner I had a small portion of veggie shrimp stir-fry. To drink I had bottled water and diet drink. Cal Intake: 400
Today's total calorie intake: 1315
And that was it for today,
