Hey everyone,
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with 1 tbsp of caramel almond butter. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 370
For lunch/brunch I had a maple caramel doughnut. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 340
For dinner I had a 1 spinach, feta and salsa scrambled egg, a small potato samosa, 1/2 an egg roll and 3 pieces of smoked salmon sushi with a bit of soy sauce and tamarind sauce. To drink I had diet drink and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 600
Today's total calorie intake: 1310
And that was it for today,
