Hey everyone,
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a 1/2 a cup of old fashion oats with a cup of vanilla almond milk. I added 1tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, half of sliced banana and 1/4 of blueberries to it. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 443
For lunch/brunch I had a maple doughnut. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 400
For snack I had a salted caramel Greek yogurt moose and bottled water. Snack Cal Intake: 80
For dinner I had a 2 egg and spinach omelet, a toasted English muffin and 1 tbsp of jam. To drink I had a honey vanilla chamomile tea and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 360
Today's total calorie intake: 1285
And that was it for today,
