Hope you all are well. My Saturday was quite relaxing and quiet ....which I love :).
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and jam. I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water to drink.Breakfast Cal Intake: 430
For my lunch/brunch I had a Cherry Greek yogurt topped with mixed fruit and bottled water. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 250
For dinner I had a roasted chicken breast wrap with 1/2 a roasted yam. To drink I had 1/2 a diet drink and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 405
For my snack I had one Madeline and coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Snack Cal Intake: 170
Today's total calorie intake: 1255
And that was it for today,
