Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had 1 cup of Special K Vanilla Almond cereal with 1/2 sliced banana and 1 cup of unsweetened coconut almond milk. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 308
Today's total calorie intake: 1054
