Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had 1 toasted blueberry bagel with 1tbsp of caramel almond butter.To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 390
For lunch/brunch I had mini Tulumbas. I had a bottled water and coffee with creamer and stevia to drink. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 400
For snack I had some Teavana Jasmine tea and 1/2 a cup of black grapes. Snack Cal Intake: 60
For dinner I had 1/2 a cup of medium long grain white rice with 1 breaded chicken drumstick. There was also a side of lettuce salad with few bits of tomato and cucumber and couple of baked carrots and 1/3 of small red potato. This was not made by me but it was brought to me. I also had a diet drink and bottled water to drink. Dinner Cal Intake: 450
Today's total calorie intake: 1305
And that was it for today,
