Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with 1 tbsp of almond caramel butter and ended up eating only 1 strawberry. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 376
For lunch/brunch I had a toasted seed bagel with Laughing Cow cheese wedge and smoked salmon. I had one plum with that and a bottled water to drink. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 340
I also had a skinny/non fat, sugar free caramel macchiato today. Cal: 200
I had a cinnamon roll Oreo cookie today. I bought a new flavor for my son today and tried one myself :)..... They where pretty good :). Cal: 75
For dinner I had 4 pieces of crispy fish sticks and a 1/2 a cop of butter and milk mashed potato with a vinegar tomato and onion salad. I had a diet drink and bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 342
Today's total calorie intake: 1297
