Happy Friday! Hope you all have a great weekend:).
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a 1/2 a cup of overnight old fashion oats with 1 cup of vanilla almond milk. I topped it with 1 sliced banana and 1 sliced medjool date and sprinkle of cinnamon. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 362
For lunch/brunch I had a caramel covered maple doughnut which was bought for me yesterday but I didn't eat it since I would be over my calories for the day, with 3 fresh strawberries. I had coffee with stevia sweetener and creamer and bottled water to drink. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 340
For dinner I had a 1/2 a cup of spicy seafood noodles leftover from yesterday and 1 pepper jack cheese grilled sandwich ( I was going to have 1 1/2 but gave half away since I felt full) with a side of 1/3 of sliced fresh cucumber and tbsp of Tzatziki
dip. To drink I had a diet drink and bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 601
Sometime after dinner I had some tea with stevia sweetener. Cal: 0
Today's total calorie intake: 1303
And that was it for today,
