Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had 2 toasted English muffins with 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt cream cheese and 2 tbsp of low sugar cherry jam. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 410
For lunch/brunch I had a small Americano coffee with a bit of creamer and stevia sweeter and 1/2 a chocolate raspberry cake slice. Lunch Brunch Cal Intake: 250
For dinner I had a smaller leftover slice of homemade spicy BBQ Chicken pizza. To drink I had and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 650
Today's total calorie intake: 1310
And that was it for today,
