Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with 2 tbsp orange marmalade. I ran out of cream cheese today so I only had marmalade instead. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 370
For lunch/brunch I had a Greek yogurt coconut cream moose and 1/4 of a cup of blueberries. I had coffee with stevia sweetener and creamer and bottled water to drink. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 138
After brunch I went grocery shopping to Costco. I had some yummy samples there which of course I didn't take pics of .....they where grilled cheese sandwich bite, tapioca sample, yogurt sample, chips and salsa sample and juice sample. I tried to calculate calories as close as I could here. Cal :300
For dinner I had a bowl of spicy seafood noodles To drink I had bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 360
For my snack I had a caramel corn rice cake, 2 almond chocolate pocky pieces. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Snack Cal Intake: 110
Today's total calorie intake: 1278
And that was it for today,
