Here we are at the start of another week :).
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tbsp of jam. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 395
For lunch/brunch I had a slice of pistachio cream cheesecake and a passion fruit tea. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 300
I also had a tall Starbucks Americano with creamer today. Cal: 30
For dinner I had a small bit of Bosnian potato and butternut squash pita/BUREK leftover from yesterday and salmon and pepper jack grilled cheese sandwich. I had a 1/3 of sliced cucumber with 1 tsp of tzatziki dip. To drink I had a diet drink and bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 571
Today's total calorie intake: 1301
And that was it for today,
