Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a 1/2 a cup of overnight old fashion oats with 1 cup of vanilla almond milk. I topped it with 2/3 sliced banana and 2 sliced medjool date, 1 tsp of crushed almond and sprinkle of cinnamon. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 335
For lunch/brunch I had a 1 toasted English muffin with 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge, 1 cheese snack, and 2/3 of a sliced pear? I had coffee with stevia sweetener and creamer and bottled water to drink. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 343
Sometime after brunch I had some jasmine green tea, a few strawberries, couple of Pocky sticks and one piece of mixed nuts halwa.Teatime Cal: 200
For dinner I had a 4 oz of baked barbecue spice salmon with 1/3 of baked yam fries, 1/2 sliced tomato and tbsp of Tzatziki dip. To drink I had a bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 426
Today's total calorie intake: 1304
And that was it for today,
