Cheat Day-What I ate: March 6th 2016+Weekly Weigh In

Hello everyone. I hope your weekend was fun and relaxing. Mine surely was. Today was my cheat day and I ate a few things I wouldn't normally eat during the week ....but you know, that is why the cheat days exists :). Even though it was a tasty day ....I'm ready to begin next week. Oh! I also weighed myself this morning. Check out my weight loss progress below.

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had  2 Matcha (Japanese green tea) flavored pancakes filled with red bean paste (Adzuki bean paste) with sugar free syrup. I've been craving for Taiyaki  but could find any in the store where they are usually sold. . To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 600

Taiyaki is a Japanese fish-shaped cake. The most common filling is red bean paste that is made from sweetened Adzuki beans. Other common fillings may be custard, chocolate, cheese, or sweet potato.

For lunch/brunch I had some mango cashew ice cream topped with sliced fresh strawberries and pineapple chunks sprinkled with crushed almond.  I  had  bottled water to drink. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 300

For dinner I had a Bosnian potato and butternut squash pita/BUREK. This is very heavy and usually highly caloric so it is something I eat once every other month or so. Even though this is super yummy and it takes me back home to my childhood days I could not imagine eating this every day. I had a shredded cabbage and carrot salad with it.  To drink I had a diet drink and bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 1000

Today's total calorie intake: 2100

Weekly Weigh In: -1.6 pounds. So Yayy! Looks like we are heading in the right direction again which makes me feel so much more positive and content. Let's hope we keep this progress up next week :).

Weight loss since the 1st of January 2016: 10.2

And that was it for today,
Until tomorrow,
Laila
