What I ate: March 2nd 2016

Hey everyone,


Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a  blueberry bagel with 1 tbsp of Greek yogurt cream cheese and 1 tbsp orange marmalade.  To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 350

For lunch/brunch I had a Greek yogurt topped with one sliced kiwi fruit and 1/4 of a cup of blueberries. I had bottled water to drink. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 150

For dinner I had a chicken strip burger topped with sautéed caramelized onion and pineapple chunks in spicy barbecue sauce. I had 1/4 of a cup of Chickpea and 1/4 of a cup of pickled beet root for my side. To drink I had bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 647

After dinner I had a craving for candy for some reason. I had two pieces of candy before bed while I was watching You Tube. I'm estimating the calories here but I'm pretty sure the amount is less than I put in here but just to be on a safe side .....Cal: 100


Today's total calorie intake: 1247

And that was it for today,
