Hope all of you are doing well. The beginning of March is here.....I don't even know where February went :). But, here we are .....
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt cream cheese and 2 tbsp orange marmalade. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 430
For lunch/brunch I had a Boston cream cake roll. I had coffee with creamer and stevia to drink and bottled water. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 310
Today's total calorie intake: 1230
And that was it for today,
