What I ate: March 12th 2016

Here is what I had today:


For breakfast I had overnight oats in 1 cup of vanilla almond milk. Topped with 1 sliced banana 1/4 of a cup of blueberries and sprinkle of cinnamon. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 343

For snack I had mini Tulumbas. I had a bottled water and coffee with creamer and stevia to drink.  Snack Cal Intake: 400

For lunch/brunch I had a toasted seed bagel with a Laughing Cow cheese spread wedge and smoked salmon.  To drink I had coffee with stevia sweetener and creamer and bottled water.  Lunch Brunch Cal Intake: 458

After dinner I had an small Americano coffee with a bit of creamer, stevia sweetener and sprinkle of cinnamon. I ended up giving more than a half away yo my son ....Cal: 20

For dinner I had 2 spinach scrambled eggs with 1 medium sliced tomato. I had few cup of Teavana green Jasmine tea and bottled water to drink.  Dinner Cal Intake: 170




Today's total calorie intake: 1391


And that was it for today,
