What I ate: March 10th 2016

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had 1 toasted  English muffin with 1tbsp of caramel almond butter and 1/2 a cup of strawberry halves.To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 300

For lunch/brunch I had a chocolate cupcake and 1 sliced pear. I had a bottled water and vanilla honey chamomile tea to drink.  Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 302

For dinner I had 1/2 a cup of skinless roasted sliced chicken breast with 1/3 of baked yam. I had a tortilla, 1 tbsp of tzaziki dip  and 1/3 of sliced cucumber with it. I  also had a diet drink and bottled water to drink.  Dinner Cal Intake: 361

For after dinner snack I had cup of coffee and 5 mini Tulumbas. Snack Cal Intake: 330

Today's total calorie intake: 1293

And that was it for today,
