What I ate: February 29th 2016

Hey everyone,

Hope all of you are doing well. So, today was the 29th of February :)). The leap year ....and of course a Monday.

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a  1 1/2 cup mix of 2 different cereal (was out of my own so I kind of improvised for today until I go shopping) and  1 cup mix of regular and almond milk (again trying to use up what I had although I prefer almond milk always). To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 390

For lunch/brunch I had a 1/3 of blood orange and coconut Greek yogurt moose. I had coffee with creamer and stevia to drink and bottled water. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 160

For dinner I had a roasted potatoes and chicken breast with one flour tortilla and pickled jalapeƱos and spicy banana pepper. To drink I had diet drink and bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 605

After dinner I had a cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener  :). Cal : 40

Today's total calorie intake: 1195

And that was it for today,
