What I ate: February 13th 2016

Hey everyone,

Another week has almost come to an end and Valentine's Day is tomorrow :). I have  absolutely no clue how I did this week as far as my weight goes. I did behave  calorie wise but I also had a somewhat stressful week and by the looks of if from week before last.....stress seems to affect me a lot when it come to weight loss .....so let's see what happens tomorrow morning....fingers crossed.

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had blueberry bagel with cream cheese and marmalade. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.  Breakfast Cal Intake: 420

For lunch/brunch I had a Nutella-Cream Cheese Red Velvet Cupcake and one sliced kiwi fruit. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 340


For dinner I had a roasted eggplant sandwich on a nine grain bread with roasted onions, shredded pepper jack cheese and spinach with a small side of pickled sweet beet root. To drink I had iced green tea and bottled water.  Cal Intake:470


Today's total calorie intake: 1230



And that was it for today,
