What I ate: February 24th 2016

Hey everyone,

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a 1/2 a cup of old fashion oats with a cup of vanilla almond milk. I added 1tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 sliced banana and 1/4 of blueberries to it. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 493

For lunch/brunch I had a 1 toasted English muffin with 1 tablespoon of caramel almond butter, 1 sliced kiwi fruit and 3 sushi pieces with a packet of soy sauce and wasabi.  To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 440

For dinner I had a salmon burger with salmon spread and spinach. To drink I had a 1/2 a diet drink and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 373

Today's total calorie intake: 1306

And that was it for today,
