What I ate: February 5th 2016

Hey everyone,

It's Friday Yay!!! Finally :)! The weekend is here :)). Today was both busy and relaxed  kind of a day. While I had some things I needed to get done ....I wasn't stressed out doing any of them. So pretty relaxed day I would say. I also went shopping for fruits and veggies this morning since I was pretty much out of everything healthy :). I know this might sound strange but i got so used to eating them everyday that when I'm out I  actually crave them.

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with peanut butter and orange marmalade. I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water to drink.Breakfast Cal Intake: 570


For my snack I had a my favorite chocolate cupcake and coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener  and bottled water. Snack Cal Intake: 260

For dinner I had  the leftover sausage and bean soup with a bit of mixed veggies,  that I made day before yesterday with a small toasted piece of bread for dipping. and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 500




Today's total calorie intake: 1310

And that was it for today,
