What I ate: February 27th 2016

Hey everyone,

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had 1 toasted Ciabatta with 1 tbsp of light butter and 2 tbsp of orange marmalade. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 400

For my snack I had 1 1/2 red bean paste mochi pieces which I forgot to take a picture of. Snack Cal Intake: 150

For lunch/brunch I had a chocolate cupcake with icing and filling. I had coffee with creamer and stevia to drink and bottled water. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 240


For dinner I had a chicken strip burger (2 strips) on a toasted bun with caramelized sautéed onions, spinach and spicy ketchup. To drink I had diet drink and bottled water I was planning on eating the apple ....but that didn't happen I was pretty full after the burger.Dinner Cal Intake: 500


Today's total calorie intake: 1290

And that was it for today,
