Happy Valentine's Day! It's Sunday today, the end of another week. I have been behaving food wise today even though it's practically a day for stuffing yourself silly with chocolates :). Because it is Sunday, I did weigh myself ....so you are welcome to check this week's weight loss progress below :).
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had 2 slices of Texas toast 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tbsp of marmalade. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 390
For lunch/brunch I had a Nutella-Cream Cheese Red Velvet Cupcake and one cup of sliced fresh strawberries. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 340
For dinner I had a salmon burger with salmon dip and spinach. To drink I had bottled water. Cal Intake:381
Valentine's Day Snack - Well you knew I had to have some chocolate today LOL. Seriously how could I not (not counting the cupcake here obviously haha) Cal Intake: 140
Today's total calorie intake: 1251
Weekly Weigh In: -1.6 Yayyy! I have to say, I'm pretty pleased with this week's weight loss progress. It might of not been as much as last week but still pretty great :). I'm looking forward to the next week :).
