Hope all of you are doing well. So today was Sunday. Both my official "cheat day" as well as my morning weigh in day. Find out what I ate today as well as how did I do with my weight loss progress this past week below.
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had 2 pieces of French toast with side of one sliced banana, 1 tbsp of Nutella and 1/4 cup of sugar free syrup. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 575
For lunch/brunch I had a chocolate cupcake with icing and filling. I had coffee with creamer and stevia to drink and bottled water. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 240
For dinner I had a pizza. I have been craving pizza for a month and a half now but did not have it since I was doing so well with my weight loss the last several weeks and didn't want to mess that up. But I decided to have it tonight, To drink I had diet drink and bottled water.Dinner Cal Intake: 1000
Today's total calorie intake: 1815
Weekly Weigh In: -0.8. Some progress was made, but not as much as I would like. I have to be honest here and tell you that I have been feeling pretty depressed this last week about a lot of things in my private life especially about the weight gain last week. I don't have any intention of giving up but it's been really hard for me after last week. I feel disappointed and like my strength and energy I felt during the last 6 weeks or so has vanished all of a sudden. Loosing weight is not easy in-itself and I feel like I have to fight not only my own cravings but also other people's cravings and bad eating habits that are around me as well, so it takes double the effort/strength/willpower and sometimes I just feel too tired and I just can't do it. Sometimes I just want to shut down and sleep for hours without acknowledging anyone or anything. I have been doing that this week quite a lot.
Weight loss since the 1st of January 2016: 8.6 pounds
