What I ate: February 16th 2016

Hey everyone,

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had 1 cup of Vanilla Almond Special K cereal with 1 cup of unsweetened coconut almond milk and 1/2 of sliced banana. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 254

For lunch/brunch I had 1 of the Red Velvet cupcakes I made few days ago and 1/2 of sliced kiwi fruit.  To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 315

For dinner I had a  4 oz serving of baked salmon with 2/3 of cup of boiled brown rice with a small side of olives. To drink I had  diet drink and bottled water.  Cal Intake:439





Today's total calorie intake: 1008

And that was it for today,
