What I ate: February 22nd 2016

Hey everyone,
Another week has begun. It's Monday! I'm trying to get back on track and start this week on a positive note.

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a toasted blueberry bagel with 1 tbsp of caramel almond butter. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 370

For lunch/brunch I had a Boston cream swirl cake. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 310

For snack I had a banana and a chamomile tea. Snack Cal Intake: 105

For dinner I had a 1/4 of a cup of basmati rice with 2 pieces of breaded chicken strips. I had a small side of fresh sliced cucumbers and 2 cherry tomatoes and 1 tsp of spicy ketchup. To drink I had diet drink and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 500


Today's total calorie intake: 1285

And that was it for today,
