What I ate: February 7th 2016+Weekly Weigh In

Hey everyone,

Hope your weekend was fun! I had a pretty fun Sunday. I cooked quite a bit, relaxed and slept in a bit....overall it was a good day. Today was sunny, so Dali and I decided to go for a long stroll and have some fresh air. Because today was my cheat day I crossed my 1300 mark and ate about 100 calories extra, but it doesn't  really bother me because during the week I'm always below that so it kind of evens out. I also weighed myself this morning and am super excited about my results. Check my progress out below :).

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a French toast with sugar free syrup and 1 cup of mixed berries.  I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water to drink.Breakfast Cal Intake: 585

For my lunch/brunch I had a whole banana, coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener  and bottled water. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 145

I snacked on a small sugar cookie sample I got while grocery shopping today. As usual I didn't take a picture of it LOL. Snack Cal Intake:100

For dinner I had  a Chicken Fajita Wrap with a side of mixed cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes. To drink I had 1/2 a diet drink and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 352

For my snack I had 3 Red Velvet Cupcake Oreo cookies Snack Cal Intake: 210

Today's total calorie intake: 1392

Weekly Weigh In: -2.4 Yayyy! I'm sooo excited for sure about this week I did eat more calories daily than last week because I felt  overall better than last week ....and it seems to be working well for me so far. I'm looking forward to the next week ....and of course next Sunday. I'm hoping for more good news:). And YES I'm half way there ....9.8 pounds to go!

Weight loss since the 1st of January 2016: 10.2 pounds
