What I ate: February 25th 2016

Hey everyone,

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a 1/2 a cup of old fashion oats with a cup of vanilla almond milk. I added 1tbsp of honey and 1 sliced banana To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 325

For lunch/brunch I had a 1 toasted English muffin with 1 tablespoon of caramel almond butter and 2 red bean mochi pieces. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 470

For dinner I had a breakfast. I didn't feel like eating anything dinner like :(. I had a toasted ciabatta with 1/2 tablespoon of light butter and 1 tbsp of orange marmalade. I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water to drink. Dinner Cal Intake: 400


Today's total calorie intake: 1195

And that was it for today,
