What I ate: February 4th 2016

Hey everyone,

Today was a writing kind of day for me....it seemed like I wanted to write endlessly .....I sometimes get in those kind of moods I suppose. We are almost at the end of the week. I have been making progress and I think overall doing much better with meeting my daily calorie intake. I haven't been drastically too under or over it....so I'm curious what happened this Sunday when I weigh myself. Other than that, I hope your week is going great.

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and orange marmalade. I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water to drink.Breakfast Cal Intake: 430

For my lunch/brunch I had a strawberry cheesecake Greek yogurt and bottled water. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 80

For dinner I had a  veggie burger with pepper jack cheese and a small side of baby carrots. I had green tea to drink along with bottled  bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 450

For my snack I had a small pack of mini powdered doughnuts and coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Snack Cal Intake: 260



Today's total calorie intake: 1220
And that was it for today,
