What I ate: February 17th 2016

Hey everyone,
Today was a bit of a crazy day. I kind of slept at completely wrong times of the day, did not sleep at night and that messed up my meal routine. On top of that I ate out today :(.Unfortunately I did go over my 1300 calorie daily mark today so tomorrow I have to be really really good.

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had  4 slices of French Toast with 2/3 cup of frozen berries and 1 cup of sugar free syrup. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 700

For lunch/brunch I had a Greek yogurt with 1/4 of a cup of  frozen blueberries.  To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 148

For dinner I had a Gyro Wrap and 1/3 of large McDonald's fries. To drink I had iced water. Dinner Cal Intake: 600

I had a Starbucks tall Americano with cream after dinner. Cal: 50




Today's total calorie intake: 1498

And that was it for today,
