What I ate: February 18th 2016

Hey everyone,

Hope you all are doing well. Today was much better than yesterday as far as my calorie intake went. .... which I am pretty happy about.

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had  a blueberry bagel with 1 tbsp of caramel almond butter. To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 370

For lunch/brunch I had a chocolate cupcake with icing and filling.  To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 240

For dinner I had a Chicken Fajita Wrap with a small side of cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber. To drink I had diet green tea and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 352

My after dinner snack was cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and few pieces of halwa with mixed nuts and one toffee piece. Snack Cal Intake: 300

Today's total calorie intake: 1262

And that was it for today,
