Hello Monday! :). Here we are at another start of the week. For me this week will be a bit crazy because I have lots going on but nonetheless I'm excited to keep going :).
Here is what I had today:
For breakfast I had 3 1/2 blueberry pancakes ( 1/4 cup of batter for each+ frozen blueberries) with sugar free syrup, cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 500
Today's total calorie intake: 1248
And that was it for today,
