What I ate: February 1st 2016

It is the beginning of the month of love :))). I have to say I am feeling much much better than last week thankfully. Today was a good day .....I felt great and my calorie intake is very close to where I want it to be ....so yayy! Good start of the week :).

 Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and orange marmalade. I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water to drink.Breakfast Cal Intake: 430

For my lunch/brunch I had Greek yogurt with one whole sliced banana and 1/4 of cup of blueberries and bottled water. Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 208

For dinner I had 1/2 of a cup of shrimp fried rice and nine grain bread grilled pepper jack cheese sandwich. To drink I had  cup of coffee  with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 525

Today's total calorie intake: 1163

And that was it for today,
