What I ate: February 26th 2016

Hey everyone,

Here is what I had today:

For breakfast I had a 1/2 a cup of old fashion oats with a cup of vanilla almond milk. I added 1tbsp of honey and 1 sliced banana To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 385

For snack I had one whole banana. Snack Cal Intake: 105

For lunch/brunch I had a 1 toasted English muffin  with 1 tbsp of orange marmalade with 1 scrambled egg with spinach.  To drink I had coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water.Lunch/Brunch Cal Intake: 308

For dinner I had a sautéed spicy potato and smoked salmon wrap and 1/4 of a cup of pickled beets. Dinner Cal Intake: 370


Today's total calorie intake: 1168

And that was it for today,
