Welcome to the second week of my weight loss journey! I hope you had a good start of the week. I woke up inspired and ready to grasp this week's weight loss journey and do the best I can. So needless to say I'm happy I have made the decision to get back on track with working on getting more healthy.
Here is what I had today:
For my breakfast I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with 1tbsp of peanut butter and 1tbsp of black cherry raspberry blood orange jam. To drink I had cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 395
Brunch/Lunch Cal Intake: 225
Today's total calorie intake: 1260
