What I ate: January 11th 2016

Hey everyone,
Welcome to the second week of my weight loss journey! I hope you had a good start of the week. I woke up inspired and ready to grasp this week's weight loss journey and do the best I can. So needless to say I'm happy I have made the decision to get back on track with working on getting more healthy.

Here is what I had today:

For my breakfast I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with 1tbsp of peanut butter and 1tbsp of black cherry raspberry blood orange jam.  To drink I had cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal  Intake: 395

For brunch/lunch I had a banana pineapple smoothie. I used 3/4 of a cup of frozen pineapple chunks- no sugar added, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut almond milk and a whole banana.
Brunch/Lunch Cal Intake: 225

My snack today was a cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and a frosted chocolate cupcake with filling. Snack Cal Intake: 240

For dinner I had a Veggie Burger with spinach, spicy ketchup and a 1/4 cup of pickled sweet beet root. To drink I had 1/2 a diet drink and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 400

 Today's total calorie intake: 1260

And that was it for today,
