I'm so excited to tell you all that this morning's weigh in went so well. I have lost 4.4 pounds this week alone and I am so content about it. Some of it probably was water weight .....but nonetheless we are moving in the right direction. I'm already starting to have a bit more room to wiggle in my clothes .....so yay! :))) I took a two and a half hour walk in the afternoon today also, even though rain was sprinkling outside I felt like I needed it. I enjoy the feel, smell and sound of rain ..... Looking forward very much to the next week :).
For breakfast I had 2 toasted English muffins with 2tbsp of peanut butter and 2tbsp of jam/marmalade. To drink I had a cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal Intake: 545
For snack today I had a small sugar cookie sample with sprinkles that I got in the store while shopping (sorry didn't take a pic). Snack Cal Intake:100
For dinner I had a toasted Ciabatta smoked salmon and avocado sandwich and 3 pieces of crab sushi. To drink I had a cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Cal Intake: 560
Today's total calorie intake: 1205
Weekly Weigh In: 4.4 pounds down! :))) Yay!!!! It feels great to see the progress even with period and cramps this week :). Sorry I know it's TMI LOL
