What I ate: January 16th 2016

Hey everyone,
Hope you are all well. Today I woke up later than usual purposely. I stayed up last night watching a movie till very late.....or should I say till early morning. I felt like I needed extra sleep afterwards so I just slept in a bit longer than usual today skipping altogether my daily early breakfast and having yummy weekend brunch instead.

Here is what I had today:

For brunch/lunch I had a 3 slices of French Toast with 1 cup of mixed berries and 1/2 a cup of sugar free maple syrup. To drink I had a cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Cal Intake: 585


For snack today I had a medium size Red Delicious Apple. Snack Cal Intake: 80


For dinner I had 2 toasted 9 grain bread slices with 2 tbsp of chicken pâté. To drink I had a pumpkin spice tea and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 272




 Today's total calorie intake: 937


And that was it for today,
