What I ate: January 12th 2016

Hey everyone,
Today was a cold rainy day. It's been raining all day since early morning and it still raining now (almost 6pm). Today I seriously had a craving, and not for cake, chocolate, junk food or even sweets. I was craving for a bowl of hot soup. I was craving for that warmth and comfort you feel when you eat soup when it's cold and wet out.
I went through some recipe videos on you tube and ended up settling for Chef John's (Food Wishes channel) Minestrone Soup with my own twist to it of course.

Here is what I had today:

For my breakfast I had a two toasted slices of Texas toast bread with 1 tbsp of light butter and 2 tbsp. of black cherry raspberry blood orange jam. To drink I had cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal  Intake: 340

For brunch/lunch I had a Dannon Light & Fit Chocolate Raspberry Greek Yogurt and coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener.Brunch/Lunch Cal Intake: 120

My snack today was 1 Madeline and 1 large sliced blood orange. To drink I had Honey Vanilla Chamomile Tea and bottled water. Snack Cal Intake: 200

For dinner I had a 1 cup of Minestrone soup with 1 slice on toasted bread. To drink I had 1/2 a diet drink and bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 400

 Today's total calorie intake: 1060

And that was it for today,
