What I ate: January 14th 2016

Hope your end of the week is going great so far.

Here is what I had today:

For my breakfast I had 1 cup of Special K Vanilla Almond cereal and 1/2 of sliced banana with 1 cup of unsweetened coconut almond milk. To drink I had cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Breakfast Cal  Intake: 305

For brunch/lunch I had a Boston Creme cake roll and cup of coffee with creamer and stevia sweetener and bottled water. Cal Intake: 310

For dinner I had the leftover Minestrone soup I've made the day before yesterday. I had 1 1/2 cup of it. To drink I had bottled water. Dinner Cal Intake: 450


 Today's total calorie intake: 1065


And that was it for today,
